We freshly bake our orders every Friday morning and then deliver them the same day. Orders can be placed all throughout the week but will only be delivered on the Friday after you order them.

To maintain maximum freshness, orders are processed on Thursday and then baked early Friday morning.

Any orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will be added to the next weeks batch.

If you have a large order, catering order or other special request feel free to get in contact with us. For special occasions such as catering, birthdays, or any other large order we are able to deliver on specific days to match your plans.

We currently do not own any physical locations to conduct our business, but you may find us at various markets such as the Penrith Markets on Wednesdays. Be sure to check our social media pages for updates.

Due to the nature of our business we do not offer refunds unless there has been an error on our end, or if we are unable to fulfill your order for whatever reason. In the case of this we would issue a full refund.

Deliveries will be left at your door or you can request for it to be left somewhere else.

Our cookies are best consumed up to 6 days after delivery. To maximise freshness they should be kept in an airtight dry space.
